What is your turnaround time? add
For small, standard orders (like individual mugs or a few shirts), our typical turnaround time is 2-4 business days. Larger or complex commercial orders generally take 7-10 business days. We always strive to meet your deadlines!
Can I provide my own garments? add
Yes! We are happy to press our high-quality vinyl onto garments you supply, provided the material is appropriate for heat pressing (usually cotton, polyester, or blends). Contact us to discuss the fabric first.
Is there a minimum order quantity? add
No minimum order quantity! Whether you need exactly one custom mug for a gift or fifty printed t-shirts for your local sports team, we accommodate orders of all sizes.
How do I wash printed clothing? add
For the longest-lasting prints, we recommend washing garments inside out on a cold or cool wash (30 degrees). Avoid tumble drying, and do not iron directly onto the vinyl print surface.
