Personalised products terms and conditions are as follows:
Custom Items
Custom-printed or HTV items are non-returnable unless faulty, as they are exempt from standard consumer cooling-off rights. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production begins, and customers are responsible for ensuring artwork, spellings, and sizing are accurate before submission.
Returns and Refunds
Goods customized to specifications cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Order Accuracy & Approval
Customers are responsible for errors in uploaded artwork, spelling, or sizing. Proofs should be checked carefully as mistakes in approved designs will not be refunded.
Copyright and Artwork
Customers must hold the rights or permission to use any artwork/logos submitted. The customer takes full responsibility for copyright infringement.
Production Variations
Slight variations in color (due to ink/screen differences), design positioning (up to 100mm) and apparel sizes may occur and are not grounds for rejection.
Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full.
Delivery and Lead Times
While suppliers aim to meet deadlines, they are not usually responsible for delays, and notifications of damage/shortages must be made within 48 hours.
Customer-Supplied Garments
If providing your own clothing for customization, the supplier is not liable for damage to items during the printing/HTV process.
It is essential to review this policy prior to purchase, as these terms are legally binding upon placing an order.
